1. Requirements for Eligibility

To qualify for the 5% Price Beat Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• Identical or Equivalent Specification: The competitor’s product must be of an equivalent specification, brand, size, and quality to the Super Rack product.
  • For Racking: Must match weight loading capacity, steel gauge, and safety standards.
  • For Fencing: Must match panel dimensions, mesh gauge/thickness, pipe diameter, and galvanizing standards.
• In-Stock Availability: The item must be in stock and available for immediate delivery or collection from the competitor on the same day.
• Written Proof: You must provide a current, valid written quote or a live website link from the competitor showing the final price (including GST).

2. Exclusions

Our guarantee is designed to ensure fair competition on standard pricing. The following are excluded from this guarantee:

• Clearance & Liquidations: Competitor clearance lines, “one-off” offers, liquidation sales, or damaged/display stock.
• Below Cost Price: We cannot price match if the competitor’s price is below our cost price.
• Freight & Installation: The guarantee applies to the product price only. It excludes freight/delivery costs and installation or assembly charges.
• Trade vs. Public Pricing: We do not match trade-only pricing or exclusive wholesale accounts unless the quote is officially presented to us.
• Supplier Matches: We do not price match against our own suppliers.

3. Commercial & Bulk Quotes

For large commercial projects or bulk orders (e.g., complete warehouse fit-outs or large temporary fencing runs):

• The Price Beat Guarantee applies to the entire quote total, not individual line items within a larger package.
• The competing quote must be for the exact same scope of works (e.g., includes all clamps, feet, and stays for fencing) and material specifications.
