Price Match Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

We are committed to offering competitive prices. If you find an identical product at a lower advertised price from an eligible competitor, we may match that price, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1. The product must be:
   • Identical in brand, model, size, colour, specifications and condition.
   • Brand new and in stock with both us and the competitor.
   • Available for immediate purchase (not pre-order or backorder).
     
     
2. The competitor must be:
   • An Australian retailer operating legally within Australia, located and operating in the same state as Super Rack.
   • Selling genuine, authorised products.
   • Able to supply the item immediately.
3. Customers must provide proof of the competitor’s current advertised price. Acceptable proof may include:
   • A current advertisement.
   • A printed catalogue.
   • A link to the competitor’s website.
   • A written quotation (where applicable).

Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

• Clearance, liquidation or closing-down sales.
• Auction websites or marketplace sellers (including private sellers).
• Overseas retailers.
• Pricing errors or obvious misprints.
• Member-only, staff, employee or trade pricing.
• Bundle offers, multi-buy promotions or “buy one, get one free” offers.
• Limited-time flash sales, or one-day-only promotions.
• Refurbished, used, ex-display or damaged products.
• Rain checks/Afterpay or out-of-stock items.
• Finance offers; cashback promotions, gift card promotions or rebate offers.
• Special orders or customised products.
• Commercial or wholesale quantities.

Price Match Process

• Price match requests must be made before purchase.
• We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s advertised price and stock availability before approving a price match.
• Freight, delivery, installation and other service charges will be considered when comparing prices.
• We may decline a price match where the competitor’s price cannot be verified.

Additional Conditions

• Only one price match is permitted per item purchased.
• Price matching cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, promotional code or special offer unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities available under this offer.
• The final decision regarding eligibility rests with management.

Australian Consumer Law

These Price Match Terms & Conditions operate in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
