Ordered longspan shelves over the phone. Delivery to Adelaide was well priced and got here next day, unexpectedly fast!... ETA was 4 days. The shelves are rated for weight about 1/5 of similar size RackIt shelves from Bunnings, but they are approx 1/2 price, and if the loading capacity is sufficient then great!read more

15/07/2019 I ordered and paid for a longspan shelf on Tuesday morning 9 July. As I was busy for the rest of the week, I... arranged for delivery for Monday 15 July. Because there is no safe place to leave the order, I was informed that I needed to stay home all day to receive it otherwise it would be returned to the warehouse. At 2:00pm today I was contacted to say that the order would not be delivered and did tomorrow suit which it really does not. I have arranged a delivery for AFTER 2:00pm tomorrow.I hope it does not arrive before AS I WILL NOT BE HOME. 17/0702019 The shelving arrived yesterday afternoon as arranged and was easy to assemble. I also agree with other posts as to the quality of the product. The only gripe I have is that I wasted all day Monday waiting for a non delivery.read more

We researched the market to find the best shelving pricing in both second -hand and new. Super Rack had the best deal... and it was brand new. Also there customer service is excellent ! Leon is extremely helpful and understanding through the whole process. Also when we actually got the shelving and put it up. It was even better than I was expecting. We were doing an extension area of our business. But now I am thinking of changing my whole shop over to this shelving, it is that good. Thank-you Leon - we will be back.read more
