Description
A blank load sign for a cantilever run. Installed racking is expected to carry its rated capacity where operators can read it, and this is the plate that carries it – the figures are filled in for your installation, not printed at the factory, because the safe working load depends on the column, the arm length and the way the run is braced.
Specification
- Galvanised, for yards and anywhere the rack is exposed to weather.
- Supplied blank, to be completed with the rated capacity for the run it is fixed to.
- Fixes to the end frame of the run.
Who fills it in
- The capacity written on the sign has to come from the rack design – the column, the arm rating and the arm spacing as actually installed, not the highest number in the catalogue.
- If the run has been modified, re-configured or repaired, the sign needs updating with it.
- We can supply the figures for a run we quoted. Send us the order number and we will send the capacities back in writing.
