Description
An add-on bay for the 1600 kg series, 2 m wide, 2.4 m high and 600 mm deep, rated to 1600 kg. It is not a standalone unit. It carries one upright frame and borrows the other from the bay it bolts onto, so you need an existing 1600 kg unit of the same height to add it to.
What it adds
- One bay 2 m wide, 1600 kg
- Four adjustable shelf levels
- One upright frame — the second is the one already standing
- Beams 2 m, one pair per level
- Shelf panels 1 m × 600 mm, two per level
How to read the load rating
Each level carries 400 kg and the bay 1600 kg, with the weight spread evenly along the beam. The unit it joins keeps its own rating — adding a bay does not change what the bay beside it will hold.
Buying a whole unit instead
If there is nothing to bolt onto, buy the standalone unit of the same size. It is the same bay with a second upright frame, and the difference in price is that frame.
