Description

An upright frame for the 800kg per bay shelving series – the end frame a bay stands on. A run needs one more frame than it has bays: two frames for one bay, three for two bays side by side, and so on.

A frame is not rated on its own. The capacity of a bay depends on the frame, the beam length and how the run is put together, and it is confirmed on quotation. The height and depth are in the frame code – our sales team will confirm which one matches your bay before you order.

Frames, beams and shelf panels are sold separately so a run can be built, extended or repaired a piece at a time.

Return Policy

  1. Any return requests are to be reported to claims@superrack.com.au or use our online claim form within 30 working days of receiving the purchase, so that the resolution process can commence.
  2. Please include any invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
  3. Please allow 12-14 business days for the processing of returned damaged or missing items.
  4. Any returned orders must be in their original packaging, or a 15% restocking fee will be incurred by the customer.
  5. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total where a customer simply changes their mind about a product.
