Description
A pallet racking beam 2743 mm long, 100 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm section, hot dip galvanised for outdoor and washdown areas. Beams are sold individually and a beam level takes two – one at the front of the bay and one at the back – so order in pairs per level, per bay.

Reading the load rating
- 2290 kg is the maximum for the pair, not for one beam – two beams carrying one level between them.
- It assumes the load is spread evenly along the beams, on a matched pair of the same length and section.
- The frame, the bracing and the floor have their own limits. A bay is only as strong as the weakest of them, so confirm the figure against your configuration before you design to it.
- Never mix beam sections in one level, and never load a level that is missing a safety clip.
What it goes with
- Two uprights per bay, chosen for the height you need and the depth of your pallets.
- Two beams per level, per bay. A four-level bay takes eight beams.
