Description

The empty base for temporary fencing: the same shell as the concrete filled base but unfilled, so it is light to cart around and can be filled on site.

An empty base weighs a fraction of a filled one and will not hold a panel against wind on its own. Fill it, or use the concrete filled base, before the fence is left standing.

Panels, bases, clamps and stays are sold separately, so a line can be made any length and picked up again when the job finishes.
