Internal sales & marketing reporting platform for Super Rack.

What SuperHub is

SuperHub is an internal web application built and used by Super Rack to bring our sales and marketing data together in one place. It consolidates information from the platforms we already use to run the business — our online stores, our advertising accounts, and our website analytics — into a single set of monthly reports, so our team can see how the business is performing without manually exporting and combining data from each system by hand.

What SuperHub does

SuperHub automatically gathers reporting data from the following sources and compiles it into internal Sales and Marketing reports:

• Our WooCommerce online stores (order and revenue data)
• Our Google Ads accounts (advertising cost and campaign performance)
• Google Analytics 4 (website traffic and channel data)
• Google Search Console (organic search performance)
• Our own internal sales records

The result is a clear, consolidated view of marketing spend alongside sales outcomes, updated each reporting period.

How SuperHub uses Google APIs

SuperHub connects to the Google Ads API, Google Analytics Data API, and Google Search Console API on a read-only basis. It retrieves reporting metrics — such as advertising cost, clicks, impressions, and conversions — for Super Rack’s own accounts only. SuperHub does not create or change campaigns, manage bids, or perform any write operations of any kind. It is used solely to read data for reporting.

Who uses SuperHub

SuperHub is a private, internal tool for Super Rack staff. It is not a public product, it is not offered to or used by any other business, and the data it retrieves is used only for Super Rack’s own internal reporting.
